EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
This program offers every employee an attainable goal each month to receive recognition. Many area businesses,
large and small, have implemented an Employee of the Month program in order to boost overall morale. Rewards and
recognition vary from framed photos of the current recipient, special parking spaces, discounts on purchases, certificates,
and small plaques or other physical awards.
How do I select an Employee of the Month?
Generally, a small committee of manager's votes to reward employees who demonstrate exceptional attitude, achievements,
sales, service, or other attributes which your company deems to be a positive influence. Additionally, employees could be given
opportunity to nominate fellow co-workers.
